Shipping & Delivery
Voice in the City aims to process and ship your order within 7 working days. Of course due to ministry commitments this might not always be possible so we advise you to call beforehand if speedy delivery is a priority for you. Orders to the UK and International countries (excluding Germany, Austria and Switzerland) are shipped using Royal Mail and every care is taken to ensure your order arrives with you in good condition.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Voice in the City offer refunds and replacements in the case of faulty or incorrectly ordered goods that are brought to our attention within 28 days of ordering. Additionally, if you are not happy with the product for any reason and it is unused, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 28 days of ordering.
All Voice in the City materials, which include DVDs, CDs, Videos, Audio Tapes, Books and Downloads, are protected by Copyright Laws. No part of a publication may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying or any information storage and retrieval system including publication onto the World Wide Web or Bulletin Boards, without permission in writing from the author and publisher.

Registering to the website will add you to our mailing list and as such you will receive our quarterly newsletter, our bi-annually newspaper and sometimes further correspondence such as information on meetings in your area.
